Prevent the spread of COVID19
1. Avoid close contact
Avoid close contact with anyone who appears sick. When you are sick, keep your distance from others to protect them from getting sick too.
2. Cover your cough!
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing, then trow the tissue in the trash. No tissue around? Your sleeve will do. Coughing in your elbow is a very effective way. It may prevent those around you from getting sick.
3. Wash your hands
Clean your hands often with soap and water for 20 seconds or hand sanitizer that contains at least 70% alcohol.
4. Cover your mouth and nose
Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when outside of the house or in public areas. Cloth face coverings may help prevent people who have COVID19 from spreading the virus to others
5. Social Distance
Practice social distancing; put distance between yourself and other people (at least 1.5 meters)
6. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth
The virus may spread when a person touches something that is contaminated and then touches his or her eyes, nose, or mouth.
7. Stay home if sick
If possible, stay home from work and school when you are sick and contact your healthcare provider.
7. Healthy diet:
Eat enough fruit and vegetable this will also keep your immune system going strong.
8. Clean your surroundings
Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces daily
